But, we are all different, so on this tasting we'll be trying different wines all different styles, identifying the acidity, tannins, flavour profiles. And then we'll try them again with different styles of food, think sweet, spicy, umami, salty etc,
Do they work, do they clash?............Well that's up to you to decide.
The aim of this game is to guide you and help you when you're looking to pair wine with a meal.
Do you decide what you're eating then pair the wine, or decide what you're drinking and pair the food. Either way we'll help you work it all out.
