Michael Godden

Michael has been passionate about wine for over 30 years, he has a WSET Level 3 award in wines and lives in Leicestershire with his wife and a collection of 250 wines (and growing).  Michael's love of wine began when, as with many people, he felt uncomfortable choosing wines in a restaurant so decided to do something about it. Through local classes and study he learned to distinguish his Merlots from his Malbecs, until he discovered WSET and completed level 2, and level 3; he now uses his knowledge to share his passion for wine making it easy and fun.  Michael is a big fan of English wine and very interested in wines from Spain, an area he plans to study more.
