"A wine fan all his life, Daniel finally delved into the depths of wine knowledge during lockdown with an online course in the sensory evaluation of wine.
"From then on, his obsession grew and he took his WSET Level 2 online and then Level 3 with Debbie. He still plans to study for the Diploma to take his knowledge to the next level.
"He loves to share his knowledge and bottles from his collection with others, often hosting tastings to share the best bottles with his friends, and can talk extensively about his favourite vinous subjects; sherry, French wines, and sustainable packaging."
