Event Description
Think you know the Rhone Valley? Come and discover more on this Rhône Valley masterclass hosted by special guest presenter Linda Field. Linda is a WSET Certified Wine Educator, Rhône Valley resident and highly-regarded representative of Inter-Rhône, the professional association of the region’s producers.
Taking in a number of appellations from both the Northern and Southern Rhône, including great value Côtes du Rhone, Côtes du Rhone Villages and the region's celebrated crus, there will be sparkling, white, rosé and red wines to taste and enjoy.
The evening will cover the varied landscapes and growing conditions of the Rhône, from Côte-Rôtie in the north to Costières de Nîmes and Luberon in the South, and explain the different styles of wine produced. Linda will share her knowledge about current winemaking practices, new approaches, challenges and innovations, and will offer tips and recommendations for buying wines from this dynamic and exciting wine region.
