Event Description
In the last few years, with an explosion of new winemakers, wineries, and range of wine styles, the higher quality wines coming from regions like Stellenbosch, Elgin, Constantia and Walker Bay to name just a few, are enriching our fine wine collections.
The grape varieties that South Africa has made her own - the delicious Pinotage and Chenin Blanc, make terrific wines! But heavily influenced by the French, we will be tasting wines made from grapes you'd normally associate with Bordeaux, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Rhone Valley, such as Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc.
A real melting pot of delicious, innovative wines from this wine region.
We will be tasting at least 6 different wonderful wines
This event is also part of our 4 Week Tour of the New World
