Course Description
Over 3 weeks, get to grips with how wine is made, the most important wine producing countries and regions, and the world's most important grape varieties. Whether you're looking for a new favourite in the wine aisle or to navigate a restaurant wine list with confidence, this course is for you! By tasting and comparing at least 6 wines each evening in a fun, friendly and relaxed setting, by the end of the course you will be able to:
- understand how why is made
- taste wine like a professional
- identify and describe wine aromas and flavours
- recognise the world’s most important wine regions and grapes
- appreciate different styles of wine
- read and understand a wine label
- make better food and wine pairings
