If so, this is the tasting for you. We will guide you through why your favourite wine tastes the way it does, what to look for in a wine and how to make more informed wine choices. Come with us on a journey of wine discovery!
No previous experience necessary - perfect for people who are new to wine tasting and want to have fun learning about wine in a friendly and relaxed way. Tasting at least 6 wines, we'll cover:
- the world’s major wine producing countries and regions
- the world's most important grape varieties and wine styles
- what makes different wines taste the way they do
- how to understand and interpret wine labels
- how to recognise different components such as acidity, tannin and body
- how to identify and describe aromas and flavours
We know that wine can sometimes seem a bit daunting, complicated and intimidating. Not here! We'll explain everything, without the jargon, allowing you to ask all of your wine questions in a welcoming and informal setting.
