Event Description
Tonight we look at how different cheeses impact Port wine. With a wide selection of cheeses (and Ports of course), we will discover which cheeses enhance which styles.
We'll have fun matching several of these to some wonderful Ports. For example: Cheddar, Camembert, Brie, Manchego, Stilton, Roquefort, Reblochon, Wenslaydale, blue, Chevre, etc...
