Zoey is a firm believer of quality not quantity when it comes to wine. She has studied Wset Level 3 and now puts it to good use working in an English Vineyard.
She likes to pair food with wines and a large part of her day is spent thinking about this. She lived and worked in Spain - this has left her a massive Vermut and Sherry fan. However her favourite wine is Letiz Magic Mountain Riesling.
