Sam grew up around wine and started working on a Sussex vineyard at sixteen. Sam has worked as a sommelier and has managed a number of restaurants and wine bars including Ten Green Bottles in Brighton. He has appeared on BBC Radio and Jazz FM talking about wine and is currently employed as a brand and drinks consultant to breweries, restaurants and distilleries.
