Alicia holds the WSET Level 3 in Wines qualification and is a qualified sommelier with the Guild of International Sommeliers. She runs Safari Pizzas in Haywards Heath with her husband and has run wine tours and tastings for several English Wine Producers including Bolney, Bluebell and Wiston Estate as well as running wine tastings at a game lodge in South Africa.
