Event Description
Take a deep dive into 2 of the world's greatest winemaking grapes.
Chardonnay: A divisive, yet one of the world's most versitile and widely grown grape varieties. Think, the cool, crisp wines of Chablis, the luxury of Burgundy, the oaky new world styles and of course the many, many regions using the grape for outstanding quality bubbles.
Pinot Noir: In contrast to Chardonnay, this is one of the hardest grapes in the world to grow. From the famous wines of Burgundy, to the fresh reds of Chile and of course, many sparkling wines around the world. This thin skinned, low yielding, ancient grape is worthy of our time and attention.
All tastings include: minimum of 6 wines sourced locally so you can find them easily if you like them, full tasting notes, tasting sheet, and use of professional tastings glasses.
