Wendy Adams

Originally from London, Wendy has enjoyed the social side of drinking for many years.  A corporate project with the UK's leading agricultural research institute led Wendy into researching the vineyards of the UK and it was here that her interest into the study of Oenology was ignited.  Wendy has travelled to many international wine regions, wine festivals, as well as private tastings; appreciating the science, history, food and local customs that are the bedrock for the wine we drink today.  Having passed her WSET Levels 1, 2 and 3 qualifications, she now has her eyes on a WSET Diploma.
