World of Wine Series: Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Rhone Valley

Our World of Wine series gets underway with a stop off in the South of France. We'll take you through the 'need to knows' about Bordeaux, Rhone and even a quick dip in to the Languedoc so you can discover some of France's best value for money wines :)

Tonight we'll cover common terms found on wine labels, a little look at the soil types and landscapes of these famous regions and also learn about the grape varieties which grow here. Of course, we know that Bordeaux is associated with some pretty pricey bottles, so we'll try and uncover what makes one bottle of wine cost £5, whilst another cost £25. And, crucially, can you tell the difference?
