Event Description
Join Laura as she dusts down a few more special surprises from the lock up! Squirreled away are 6 bottles of New Zealand wine which have been aged to perfection, a real rarity given that most Kiwi wine is released for sale and drunk within 12-24 months of the harvest.
We’ll be looking at two giants of the New Zealand scene; representing Marlborough will be Dog Point, producers of some of the finest South Island wines around, the North Island will be championed by Kumeu River (one of our all-time faves!). Both of these top producers make wines which are more than capable of ageing, and now we will get a chance to prove it!
You’ll be tasting:
- Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2014
- Dog Point Chardonnay 2014
- Kumeu River Maté’s Vineyard Chardonnay 2018
- Kumeu River Hunting Hill Pinot Noir 2013
- Kumeu River Ray’s Road Pinot Noir 2017
- Dog Point Pinot Noir 2014
A mouth-watering line up, I am sure you'll agree!
