Let Battle Commence! A three way collaborative tasting featuring North Brewing Co, YWS and Little Bao Boy. You'll enjoy 3 bao buns paired with both a beer and a wine, but which pairing is the best? You decide! The tastiest battle in town...
These events are always hotly contested between the NBCo and YWS teams and hugely enjoyed by the well fed and watered audience. If you love both beer and wine, if you're interested in learning more about the process of pairing food and drink, if you adore the flavours of kimchi, sriracha, plum wine braised pulled pork, togarashi spiced chicken in a mash up of East meets West, then you'll love this tasting!
NOTE: The Little Bao Boy kitchen is VERY small and cannot guarantee to be able to cater to all dietry requirements, especially severe allergies. Please contact us at the time of booking if you have specific requirements and we will enquire with the LBB team.
