There is nothing wrong with these wines particulalry if they are made from good quality grapes with care, but its good to try new wines and wine styles too.
Luckily Italy is blessed with over hundres of indigenous grape varieties and over 400 quality wine regions.
This wine tasting will introduce you some of these hidden gems. Wines like Rossese di Dolceacqua from Liguria, Dolcetto from Piemonte, Arneis from Piemonte, Zibibbo from Calabria, Susumaniello from Puglia and Frappato from Sicily.
