Our next online course gets underway on Thursday 3rd April. We have partnered with James and Lucia of Vin Cognito to come up with, "Islands, Highlands and Native Varieties - exploring native varieties from Italian, Spanish and Greek islands, oh and Australia (well it is an island!)
This will be our first time working with Vin Cognito, a small, online merchant with an engaging customer service and a fascinating selection of wines. Check out their website to see what I mean.
The six bottle case lines up as follows:
Week 1 3rd April: Indigenous whites from volcanic soils

Week 3 1st May: Indigenous red varieties from the Mediterranean
