Event Description
In this fun night of fizz, fish, and discovery we pair two of our favourite pleasures. Traditional fish and chips with champagne, while exploring the world of sparkling wine.
We will answer the vital questions: What is the difference between Prosecco and Champagne - it’s not just price? What exactly is a Crément? Can Cava ever be good? How come Pet Nat is so trendy? Why is English Sparkling wine highly rated? And of course, why is Champagne such a perfect match for fish and chips?
Over the course of the evening enjoy six different sparkling wines. Nibble on Gougères, the traditional French appetisers served with sparkling wine. Finally indulge in a glass of champagne paired with fish and chips freshly prepared on the evening by our private chef, Dotty in the Kitchen.
