Hello! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in spirits. From Sean Connerys musings over a “Disappointing Brandy" in Goldfinger, through rum’s sea faring links, to the ancient agave spirit traditions in Mexico and the iconic Single Malts of Scotland. The ability of man to take the agriculture around them and produce drinks we use to celebrate, commemorate, and console ourselves, fascinates me.
There is so much to learn by delving into the creation of these drinks and frankly, it's time everyone knew more about them!
