Hi, I first got into wine when I was told that there was more to grapes than green or black. That curiosity has taken me on a journey from novice to WSET Diploma, Certified Wine Educator, accredited Bordeaux and Sherry wine educator and in a “Honey I Bought a Zoo” moment, wine school owner.
Favourite wine? If you’re buying I’ll take a glass of Denis Mortet, Chambertin, 2005. If I am in the chair then let me introduce you to the white wines of Valencia, my current curiosity.
