Event Description
Steak & Red Wine: A Match Made in Heaven
We'll kick things off with a taster of rich, slow-cooked beef bourguignon, followed by creamy beef stroganoff, discovering how different flavours and cooking styles work with a selection of bold, characterful reds.
Then it's time for the main event: succulent flat iron steak and golden frites, served with peppercorn, béarnaise and mushroom sauces. You'll explore how each sauce changes the pairing and discover which wines work best with every mouthful.
To finish, we'll round off the evening with a duet of cheeses.
