Our Saturday Courses are held in the stunning Hotel du  Vin, 11 Bristo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 1EZ.  This exquisite  boutique hotel boasts 47 timelessly styled bedrooms  and suites,  trademark bistro and mezzanine bar,  unique events rooms, cigar bothy, whisky snug,  intruiging Laroche tasting room and an outstanding  wine cellar. 

Our courses are usually held in the Burke and Hare room, as pictured, and lunch will be served from the 'plats du jour' menu in the delightful bistro.
