Rosie has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. In Rosie's words, 'time flies when you're having fun!'. Rosie had no idea that when she was working a Saturday job at the age of 15 in a cheese & fine wine deli in Leeds, her career path would take her full circle.
After Graduating from Leicester University with an English Literature degree and failing to secure her life long ambition to be a Blue Peter presenter, Rosie accepted a position managing an independent wine bar in Leeds City Centre.
Rosie's love of people, wine & food took her on a journey from Leeds, to Manchester and then to London. She has managed several bars & restaurants, & has looked after staff training at group level.
During her time as GM of the Italian group Piccolino Rosie was invited on a supplier trip to Champagne. It was her lightbulb moment... during a slightly hazy but hugely inspiration 3 days at Charles Heidsick, she knew she wanted to immerse herself further in the fascinating world of wine.
Rosie's holidays then took a viniferous focus, and she has attended and continues to attend tastings & masterclasses and ultimately completed her WSET Level 3 Award in Wines course at West London Wine School. Rosie also achieved the prestigious French Wine Scholar qualification.
The rest as they say is history!
