Pop, fizz, clink! Brighten the dark evenings of February with this sparklig evening to look forward to.
We’ll taste six superb ‘bubbles’ from around the world, discovering what goes on behind the fizz — from how they’re made and aged to why they can taste so wonderfully different. Along the way, we’ll put your taste buds to the test and, most importantly, discover which style of fizz gets your vote!
Expect plenty of sparkle, a few surprises and lots of delicious wines. No previous wine knowledge needed — just bring your curiosity and your appetite for bubbles!
We’ll choose six wines specially for the evening, but to give you a flavour of what might be popping into your glass, past tastings have included:
