We'll taste 7 wines, starting with Champagne (of course!), and including white, red and dessert wines that pair with some of our favourite Christmas flavours.
Pairings will be finalised closer to the event, but here's a selection to tempt you:

- A crisp white with smoked salmon blinis
- Sauternes with duck liver paté croustades
- A rich white with turkey and cranberry bites
- A spicy red with pigs in blankets
- A bold red with mature cheddar and chutney
