Event Description
Join us for our popular cheese and wine pairing evening!
We explore a range of delicious cheeses and pair them with different sparkling, white and red wines - and find out what works best together and why. Find a new favourite combination!
On the evening we will try six different cheese and wine combinations. Here is an example of some of the pairings we use (wines and cheeses vary each time):
- Delice de Bourgogne with sparkling wine
- Goat's cheese with a Loire white
- Comté or Gruyere with Chardonnay
- Brie with Beaujolais
- Lancashire with Pinot Noir
- Mature Cheddar with Red Bordeaux
- Roquefort with dessert wine
