Rosé is a much bigger and more diverse category than Provence would allow us to believe. Sicily, Spain and Italy are amongst the countries that all produce their own style of rosé which have, until now, been bannished to hide in the shadow of their French neighbour. We believe it is time for them to emerge in all their pink glory and allow us to understand a little more about this complex and sometime underated category
