Wine & Charcuterie Pairing

Do you love wine? Do you have fond memories of nibbling charcuterie in Spain or Italy whilst baking in the sun's glory? Are you are keen to trick yourself into thinking that you are in fact in Palma and not Poringland?

If the answer to these 3 those questions is 'yes' then come and see us for this wine and charcuterie workshop. We will educate with you in the basic science behind food and wine pairings and give you the confidence to re-create delightful wine and charcuterie combinations at home. After an evening with us, you will not need a Pintrest inspiration board or help from ChatGPT, as we will equip you with confidence and knowledge to re-create glorious spreads to wow your friends.

During the evening, you will be given the opportunity to try numerous wines and lots of different pieces of chacuterie whose origins are originally from Spain, Italy and Germany. Each wine has been thoughtfully matched with hand-cut charcuterie, showcasing how different flavours, textures and styles complement one another. Our wines vary with the seasons but expect to see sparkling, fortified, and Norfolk wines. Whether you join us in Spring or Autumn, we promise you a balanced and interesting line up of wines.

Where possible, we use local producers, like Marsh Pig, and provide a selection of crackers and grapes for your enjoyment.
