Event Description
This is the full Sideways VIP experience.
First you'll enjoy a tasting of three Californian Pinot's paired with canapes to whet your appetite for the film.
Then, sit back and relax in the best seats in the house and immerse yourself in a special screening of the film Sideways followed by a three course California themed wine dinner.
California is famous for putting wines from the 'New World' on the world wine map and has a history of fine internationally-influenced gastronomy.
We've created a menu that captures the essense of this modern fusion-style cuisine and paired each course with a fine Californian wine.
We'll start with a glass of Louis Roederer's Quartet from Sonoma's Anderson Valley while we introduce the evening and the wines of California.
You'll then enjoy a delicious three-course wine dinner.

Crispy & soft chicken tacos with an avocado slaw served with Pico de Gallo, strawberry salsa & sour cream toppings

Event timings:
2.30pm - Pinot Noir tasting in the courtyard
4pm - Sideways film screening (the film will end around 6.30pm)
6.45pm - Louis Roderder Quartet reception in the Marchesi Room
7pm - Callifornian themed wine dinner - finish by 9pm
