Event Description
We will taste a range of different cold meats and cheeses, then match them with classic wines from Europe and the rest of the wine making world and explain why they taste so good together. We'll also talk about food and wine pairing in general and give you some really good tips to try out at home.
The combinations will vary from one event to another but you can expect cheese, salami, ham and probably some pork pie. There'll be red wine, white wine, sparkling wine and maybe even fortified wine, but whatever there is, it'll be good wine!
This 2 hour tasting is perfect for foodies and is great value at just £40 per person.
