Richard Kilian

Richard's passion for wine began on a bus tour of Cape Town in 1995 that included a visit to one of the original wineries of South Africa, Groot Constantia. For almost 30 years, Richard has nurtured his love for wine from amateur enthusiast to wine importer, sommelier, and as a judge at the prestigious International Wine Challenge.

Having completed his WSET Diploma studies in 2016, Richard now passes on his knowledge and passion as a wine educator with the Manchester and Yorkshire Wine Schools, where he teaches WSET Levels 2 and 3 to wine-lovers and trade professionals keen to further their own career in wine.
