We'll be tasting 6 fabulous fizzes including classics like Prosecco, Cava and Champagne alongside some more unusual head-turning sparklers!
Have you ever tasted Canadian sparkling wine? One which has been sweetened with a touch of ice wine? Thought not! What about fizzy Malbec? Or Sparkling Shiraz? Or, a personal favourite, a sparkling Limoux wine (the region where sparkling wine all started!) We'll teach you all about the fizzes you know you love, and help you discover one or two new ones along the way.
Your tasting will include: tasting samples of six carefully selected wines, full wine notes & handouts, a 2 hour interactive presentation, with Q&A throughout, led by our wine tutor.
