Katherine is based in Tunbridge Wells and is a lawyer by day and wine afficionado for the rest of the time.
Katherine started her wine journey attending evenings and courses with Kent Wine School over the past 6 years and has since passed her WSET Level 2 with distinction and Level 3 with merit. Katherine has recently sat the International Wine Scholar’s Guild Prep Course in Italian wines which she passed with honours, and is hoping to begin the full course shortly. Katherine is now certified to teach WSET level 1 and 2 wine courses along with our specialist evening tastings, food & wine pairings and fine wine experiences. Katherine also holds the WSG Spanish Wine Scholar certificate.
Katherine has a broad knowledge of wine but has a particular passion for English sparkling wine and Italian grape varieties. She is a self-confessed bon viveur and loves learning about wine, sharing her knowledge and most of all (the best part), drinking it.
