Your food will be prepared by Brewhouse & Kitchen's very own Chef, Henry, whilst your wines will have been chosen by Hampshire Wine School's Sommelier, Cecile Bergart.
Follow her guide to bring out the best in these British favourites. She shall thus present 2 award-winning sparkling wines (1 Champagne and 1 English Sparkling Wine), and 3 still white wines to accompany a plate of fish and chips, served with mushy peas, tartar sauce, a lemon wedge and salt and pepper on the side. Each of these food components will be matched to a wine for THE perfect pairing!
