Your food will be prepared by Quob Park's very own Michelin-trained Chefs, whilst your wines will have been chosen by Hampshire Wine School's Sommelier, Cecile Bergart.

She shall thus present 2 sparkling wines from award-winning Quob Park Vineyard, Hampshire, and 3 still white wines to accompany a plate of fish and chips, served with mushy peas, tartar sauce, a lemon wedge and salt and pepper on the side. Each of these food components will be matched to a wine for THE perfect pairing!
