Your tutor, Cecile Bergart, comes from the Champagne region of France, is a published Champagne and Wine Educator, a guest champagne expert for Champagne World Magazine, for Channel 4 'Superscrimpers', a regular guest speaker on BBC Radio Solent, as well as being an approved staff educator for Marks and Spencer, for which she runs regular wine tastings their Hedge End, Chichester and Ferndown stores. She used to train the food & beverage staff at both Claridge's and The Dorchester and supply them with small-grower champagne from her previous import/distribution business "champagne par excellence". She was the 2014/15 Ruinart Champagne Ambassador in the UK and a judge at the 2017 International 'Glass of Bubbly' Competition. SHE PASSED THE WORLD-ACCLAIMED CHAMPAGNE MASTER-LEVEL CERTIFICATE IN 2018. She is now a Champagne Educator for the Champagne Bureau UK. Trust us when we say that you will be in good hands!
