During the tasting you'll get the chance to find the perfect wine match for white, milk and dark chocolate! Can you find a more delicious wine tasting out there?! ;-)
You'll learn about the impact of bitterness (ie, cocoa beans), sweetness (ie, sugar), protein (ex: milk), fat (ex: butter cream) and other ingredients (such as caramel, fruits, salt) on wine. We'll give you tips and tricks for matching chocolate with wine as you taste them together.
