Event Description
France, England, Spain, Italy and Switzerland are home to some of the world's greatest cheeses and cold meats and are famous for their diverse and interesting range of regional products.
A full selection of these renowned cheeses will be enjoyed in this classic tasting evening. We will be tasting at least 8 nibbles, of which 4 cheeses (including mature cheddar, Applewood, fresh goat's cheese, blue cheese, etc) and 4 saucissons or cured meats (included salami, chorizo, saucisson with herbs, saucisson with black pepper, Serano ham, etc). Each cheese and each saucisson will be paired with the perfect wine proving a truly memorable tasting evening.
Each cheese and each cold meat is carefully selected to be matched to a very specifically chosen wine in order to enhance your overall wine & food experience.
