Event Description
This evening we focus purely on white wines grown in cooler climates. Think German Riesling, Alsace Gewuztraminer and English Bacchus. We look at different grape varieties and styles from different parts of the world. Some may be dry as a bone, some with a touch of sweetness, others influenced by the flavours created by oak aging.
I will introduce you to grape varieties and styles that you may not have considered before.
Learn a little about each style in the usual relaxed, informal setting.
There will be a small selection of nibbles available to complement your wines.
