Event Description
The evening will involve sampling at least six beers of varyng styles and flavours.
We will look at the various ingredients that lead influence the way the beer tastes.
We will discover how the flavours of New World, American and New Zealand hops can influence the beer in a different way to Czech, German or English Hops.
We will explore how the way the malts are kilned can influence the colour and flavour of beer, from pale base malts used in international lagers through to roasted malts that we see in stouts and porters.
Beer has never been a more dynamic scene that it is now with the rise of the small production craft brewers through to resurgence in those looking to explore the more traditional Belgian and German styles.
You will have a great night, taste some great bee and stride into the Craft Ale pub with renewed confidence!
