Fancy a cosier celebration this November 5th?
Join us for a vinous adventure to set your tastebuds alight!
We'll travel back to Limoux to learn about the original sparkling wine and compare it with a modern English sparkler that rivals the best of France.
We'll try white wines renowned for gunflint aromas and a couple of perfect fireside red wines, like a smouldering red Zinfandel finished in Bourbon barrels.
Nibble on carefully curated snacks to complement our explosive wine selection - smoked almonds, cheese straws, mini sausage rolls and dark chocolate-covered orange peel to pair our boldest reds.
Come for the wines, stay for the cosy atmosphere, and leave with extra vinous knowledge.
All tastings include: a minimum of 6 wines sourced locally so you can find them easily if you like them, full tasting notes, use of professional tasting glasses and some food pairing using nibbles.
