Hello! I’m Jess & I’ve been working in wine since 2018. I love hearing all your wine stories and sharing my own favourites along with food and wine pairing tips.
I took Spanish and Italian at University before studying my WSET Levels 2 and 3 with Ruth and then going on to complete the Spanish Wine Scholar. My biggest passions are wine and languages/culture, so our World of Wine tasting classes are a fantastic way to marry these together.
My favourite types of wine are Primitivo from Puglia, Cava and Franciacorta (Italy’s answer to champagne!). But in my opinion the most important thing to consider when searching for the best wine isn’t the vintage, the ageing process, grape variety or the price, it’s whether or not you like it;- and everyone has different tastes!
